CyberKavach is described as a planned digital fraud-prevention assistant direction. It does not guarantee protection, detect every threat, replace antivirus software, or constitute regulator-certified security assurance.

Submitting or preparing a project enquiry—once an approved channel exists—does not oblige VIVEKA LABS to accept work, quote, or enter a contract.

Engagements begin only if both sides agree in a separate arrangement. Browsing or contacting the studio does not create an accepted project.
