This notice covers the public VIVEKA LABS marketing website only. Product-specific privacy information for CyberKavach is published on a separate page when available.

The website is a static site: pages are generated ahead of time and served as static files. There is no account system, no authenticated area, and no website database operated by VIVEKA LABS for this marketing site.

In its current configuration, the website does not run analytics scripts, advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or a cookie consent banner for optional tracking cookies.

It does not provide user accounts, newsletters, CRM capture, payment processing, or a live contact form that submits data to VIVEKA LABS or a third-party form provider.

Project enquiries are handled by direct email to the published founder address on the Contact page, not by a website form.

VIVEKA LABS does not sell personal information collected through this marketing website.

The website is hosted using third-party infrastructure provided by Hostinger. Hosting infrastructure may generate technical logs necessary for security, reliability and operation.

VIVEKA LABS does not operate a separate analytics product on top of those logs for this marketing site. Exact host-side retention and log handling follow the host’s own practices and configuration; fixed retention periods are not invented here.

If you voluntarily email VIVEKA LABS at vivekmishra@vivekalabs.in (the published founder contact), you may choose to share information such as your name, work email, and a description of the engineering problem. That correspondence may be received and read by the studio.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment credentials, or other sensitive secrets in an initial enquiry. Only share what is needed to understand the project.

No third-party contact form provider is currently integrated. Email correspondence is handled through the studio’s operational mailbox infrastructure.
